Basic vs Deep cleaning
No guessing, no upsell pressure. Here is exactly what changes between our basic and deep service for air ducts, dryer vents, and chimneys.
Air Duct Cleaning
Basic service clears the dust you can reach. Deep service treats the entire system — trunk lines, coil, blower and all — so results actually last.
Newer homes, light dust, a system serviced within the last 2–3 years, or seasonal maintenance between deep cleans.
Visible dust from vents, allergy or asthma symptoms, pets, smoke or musty odors, renovation dust, mold concerns, a newly purchased home, or a system never cleaned before.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Basic clears the accessible duct behind the dryer. Deep clears the full run to the roof or wall cap — where the fire-risk blockages actually build up.
Short, straight vent runs on a ground-floor laundry room with normal drying times.
Clothes taking two cycles to dry, a hot dryer or laundry room, burning smell, long or rooftop vent runs, or no service in 2+ years.
Chimney Cleaning
Basic is a standard sweep and visual check. Deep adds heavy creosote removal and a full Level 2 style inspection of the flue and structure.
Occasional fireplace use, gas logs, or an annual sweep on a chimney already in good shape.
Regular wood burning, smoke backing into the room, shiny tar-like buildup, a chimney fire history, or an unknown-condition chimney in a home you just bought.
